food industry is cleaned, processed and frozen in a brand new plant recently builded with
high tech facilities.
In order to meet the needs of bakers, we offer
frozen blueberries that retains their natural appearance of fresh fruit.
They hold their shape, texture and
deep blue color.
Even the pruine,
this waxy natural thin film and
slightly powdery,
remains on the
fruits. These blueberries are packed
and stored in a recyclable
plastic box, practical and re-usable, airtighted to
prevent the fruits to be altered by condensation.
We also pack for private brands.
